Life Change Fitness is an easy choice for people who want to confront body / self-image challenges in private with the help of a certified trainer, targeted exercise, a fitness / nutrition road map, and continuous dialogue with creative motivation that’s focused only on you!

As former personal training clients and now certified personal trainers ourselves, we were not satisfied with value / results variability from health clubs, group fitness, and personal training for money spent.

We founded Life Change Fitness to bring clients a truly personal fitness experience that provides a consistent path to achieving goal; considering nutrition, exercise, and your physical capability / limitations.

Most people try popular diet programs, health clubs, group training, and / or personal training with mixed results or results that aren’t sustainable because the trainer / client relationship is arms-length and teaching you to be self-sufficient is not a focus of the trainer.

Group training, health clubs, and gyms in general don't provide the individual attention, motivation, and accountability needed for dramatic and sustainable results

Some personal trainers aren't focused or creative enough to motivate you.  Common failure points include trainers that:

  • rely on scripted or generic workouts - you easily get bored,

  • don't motivate you or hold you accountable,

  • ignore your unique physical capabilities, limitations,
         and your mind set

Lets face it, most of us don't get excited about getting in a big room with lots of people we don't know only to be embarrased if we can't keep up with others or we're not dressed properly!
